HI my Fashion divas,
What to pack, what should I wear and does this look cute? are my top questions when I am getting ready to travel.
No fear, I am here to help you! Packing is probably they most stressful part of the entire traveling process, but with some tips on some cute casual outfits, I hope to remove some of that stress.
My top must travel articles of clothing are:
- Jean Jacket
- Maxi dress
- Black Leggings
- V-neck t-shirt in neutral colors
- Jeans
There is one thing I do not travel without when I pack and thats’ my jean jacket. It’s the perfect clothing item to be fashionable, keep you warm and it’s comfortable. I literally throw my jean jacket on with everything, over a dress, over leggings and a top, you name it I can mix my jean jacket into it. Lol.
A maxi dress is also a must when traveling, it’s easy, light weight to pack and looks great dressed up or down. Add a blazer for a dress up look or a jean jacket for casuals nights. It’s the best of both worlds.
Leggings! Who does not love leggings? they are super comfortable, great to travel with especially for long flights and did I mention comfortable? You can get a few wears out of them and they are versatile regardless where you travel to and the time of the year. I live in Florida so I have summer weather 24/7 , when I go on cruises I wear them in the ship on sea days or late night when the hubby and I are just relaxing around the ship after the pools are closed. It is the perfect clothing for literally ANYTHING! If you want to make it fun buy some colorful leggings as pictured below.
V-Neck t-shirts are also a must. I specified V-neck for a few reasons, 1. I am short so the v-neck elongates me and 2. show some cleavage, casual can also be sexy! I always pack a white and grey t shirt to match with almost anything. I sometimes throw some color in the mix like a bright pink or neon color. You can wear a t-shirt with anything! You can even use it as a cover up for your swim suit if is an oversize shirt.
Jeans, a classic must have! Jeans with a t-shirt combo is a solid outfit. I prefer jeans with some stretch so they hug your body and can be worn with sandals or heels. My favorite outfit combo is black jeans, white t shirt and my jean jacket. It is a classic and my favorite. If I am dressing casual I put on some flip flops, if I want to be dressed up I wear some cognac color heels to make the detail in my jean jacket pop.
